The sun shone for International Day!
Marner was an array of colours for their first International Day. The children (and staff) looked wonderful in their outfits. The music added to the spirit of celebrating diversity (Thank you, DJ Laura). The classes got to learn about different countries and produced wonderful displays to show what the countries represented. These will be displayed across the school. Thank you to The Friends of Marner for providing refreshments and for so many parents coming along to support the event and cheering the children on. We particularly loved the group of parents who danced and entertained us at the end of the event, keen to party on!
A massive thank you to Patricia and Mashuda for all their hard work organising everything.
