The inspiring ex-Marner pupil, Maryam Ahmed, visited the school and talked about how she went on to study at Oxford University. Attached is a presentation that she delivered to the pupils of Marner about her journey and her extensive independent travels abroad. Maryam talked about her passions and the importance of taking every opportunity that presented itself and the benefits of networking. During her time at Marner she said that she particularly loved reading and sports.
